You pretty much don’t have anything if you don’t have your health. Keep this in check and you’ll be around for the things that matter and don’ matter.
Typically we run by putting one foot in front of the other. It’s exercise, and is core of what we do as the human animal. Running is also a way to describe doing stuff in life.
